I'm working very hard. Each of my painting represents an insane amount of time, because I never took shortcuts, particularly this new trend of taking someone else image on Internet. I have my own ideas, I developp my own compositions. I raised with love and patience most of my little furry models, and foster many others. I put a piece of my soul in each of my paintings. That's probably what make them original and desirable, so desirable that many immoral persons just appropriate them, and make illegal profit from them. I watermark my images, my signature is big and very readable, but nothing stops these thieves. I forgive those who are not educated about copyright laws, I take time to educate them, but I'm firm to have them remove the illegal copies. I just dicovered that the other category of thieves, those who know very well the meaning of Intellectual Property are manipulative and dangerous people. They do not support that their victim stands for their rights, they attack viciously, they inverse the roles playing the victims. It's very new to me, I still need to learn how to deal with those nasty people, I made a mistake by naming one of them, it seems that a mentally disturb person bullied the person who stole my copyright. I'm verry sorry for that and condemn absolutely all form of bullying. This lead to an escalation and I was bullied by the people who decided I was responsible for the behaviour of the mentally disturb person. I have been called witch, rabid screaming bitch, and other words that I don't even know the meaning and decided not to search the translation. The level of hate from these people have been extreme and it affected me terribly. I'm just an artist who seek beauty and joy, why should I be punish for that, stolen, attacked and insulted?
I wish the world would look like my painting series "Pax Mundi" which means "World Peace"
I'll be away from Internet for a while, I can't stand the viciousness of these people. My foster babies need my attention anyway.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT "French Paper Moon"

This is becoming my daily activity. "French Paper Moon"( Carol Gelman) This person have been stealing my intellectual property. She used illegally my rabbit painting of mine, sold some products with it and much worse sold some illegal LICENCES that allow to use my painting on her Etsy shop  That means that all people who bought this illegal licence may now face legal action.

 And as she pinned my painting with my very readable signature on her own pinterest account, I have no doubt she was very aware that she was stealing my intellectual property.

Voilà ce qui devient mon activité quotidienne.
Cette personne " French Paper Moon" ( Carol Gelman) a volé ma propriété intellectuelle. Elle a utilisé illégalement ma peinture de lapin, a vendu des produits qui comportaient ma peinture, et bien pire a vendu des LICENSES illégales qui autorisaient l'utilisation de ma peinture sur son magasin Etsy. Cela signifie que les gens qui ont acheté cette license doivent se préparer maintenant à une poursuite judiciaire.

Comme elle a épinglé ma peinture avec ma signature très lisible sur son propre compte Pinterest, je n'ai aucun doute sur le fait qu'elle était tout-à-fait au courant de l'illégalité de son geste.

Some time ago, Cormac Cullinan, an Irish graffiti artist asked me if he could buy the right to reproduce some of my paintings on a maze game wall. He wasn't paid a lot for this so I had some concerns he would make very low profit on this, but he insisted to pay me because he liked very much my pictures, and didn't had time to developp his own compositions. I normally don't like to see an oversize version of my small animals, but I think the result is cool, as he painted them in his own graffiti style. ( And you can note that the mouse on the right is the same that the  designer Elisabeth Leroy Collections stole from me) Fortunately there's still some polite, hardworking and honnest people on this planet!

Il y a quelques temps, un artiste graffeur irlandais Cormac Cullinan, m'a demandé de m'acheter les droits de reproduire quelques unes de mes peintures sur un mur de salle de jeux intérieurs. Il n'était pas beaucoup payé pour ça, du coup je m'inquiétais pour la rentabilité de son travail, mais il a insisté pour me payer car il aimait beaucoup mes compositions et n'avait pas le temps de développer les siennes. Je n'aime d'habitude pas trop voir mes petits animaux surdimensionnés, mais je trouve que le résultat est plutôt cool car il car il les a peints dans son propre style. ( Et vous pouvez noter que la souris sur la droite est la même que la designer Elisabeth Leroy Collections m'a volé) Heureusement , il y a encore des gens polis et honnêtes sur cette planète!
