COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT "French Paper Moon"

This is becoming my daily activity. "French Paper Moon"( Carol Gelman) This person have been stealing my intellectual property. She used illegally my rabbit painting of mine, sold some products with it and much worse sold some illegal LICENCES that allow to use my painting on her Etsy shop  That means that all people who bought this illegal licence may now face legal action.

 And as she pinned my painting with my very readable signature on her own pinterest account, I have no doubt she was very aware that she was stealing my intellectual property.

Voilà ce qui devient mon activité quotidienne.
Cette personne " French Paper Moon" ( Carol Gelman) a volé ma propriété intellectuelle. Elle a utilisé illégalement ma peinture de lapin, a vendu des produits qui comportaient ma peinture, et bien pire a vendu des LICENSES illégales qui autorisaient l'utilisation de ma peinture sur son magasin Etsy. Cela signifie que les gens qui ont acheté cette license doivent se préparer maintenant à une poursuite judiciaire.

Comme elle a épinglé ma peinture avec ma signature très lisible sur son propre compte Pinterest, je n'ai aucun doute sur le fait qu'elle était tout-à-fait au courant de l'illégalité de son geste.
