Finalist in the Kinston Prize
I learned that my painting " Le défi" is chosen as finalist in the Kingson Prize, Canada's National Portrait Competition.
The portraits finalists will be exhibited at the Grand Theatre in Kingston, Ontario, from October 9 - 25.
After its Kingston showing the exhibition will embark on a national tour lasting several months, heading to Wolfville, Nova Scotia; Toronto; and Calgary.

Thank you Mona! Yes it's a great solution to paint a frame in trompe-l'oeil ( just a bit time consuming though! )
